As a Contract Designer at Shutterfly, I concepted and executed print solutions for multiple categories. I created content on key seasonal campaigns (Evergreen, Holiday, Grad) for direct mail, featuring the Annual Holiday Catalog, with a 9M circulation, driving $36M in revenue.

The Cards category, our largest share, experienced a 4% lift year-over-year; Photo Books achieved a remarkable 15% increase in revenue, and Party Decor grew by 3%. This growth extended across all channels, with the Grad Landing Page — revamped and optimized for the new approach — witnessing a remarkable 31% conversion improvement over 2022.

As a Contract Designer on Shutterfly's newly revived paid social channel – I worked closely with the channel creative team and other departments to design static creative content. I helped to create a collection of design assets, like components, styles, and variables in Figma to create brand consistency across all content.
As a Contract Designer on Shutterfly's newly revived paid social channel – I worked closely with the channel creative team and other departments to design static creative content. I helped to create a collection of design assets, like components, styles, and variables in Figma to create brand consistency across all content.
Paid Social ads reached a historic high average Grad ROAS of $6.98. Our March carveout e-mail saw a 10% revenue growth, and further optimizations increased revenue by an additional 6% per email in our May carveout. This approach in Q4 2023 led to a $12 Return On Ad Spend (+22% YoY) on our largest platform channel, Meta, resulting in $8.3MM in sales ($+15% YoY) and a reduction in New Customer Acquisition Cost, all driven with -6% spend compared to 2022.

As a Contract Designer assisting Shutterfly's email channel team, I created emails that leverage existing brand styles that were sliced to allow for overlapping text and images, integrated promo and thoughtful eye tracking to the primary CTA. The average Click Through Rate for the primary modules averaged just under 40% for the year.
